Before your appointment. Please review Prepare for Your Inspection so the property is ready and as much of it as possible can be inspected.
Inspection contract. A personalized HIABC inspection contract will be provided for review and electronic signature before the inspection. The inspection cannot proceed until the agreement has been accepted and signed. Read more.
Payment. Payment is due at the time of the inspection. Available payment methods will be confirmed when your appointment is scheduled.
Cancellation. The inspection may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled inspection time without charge. Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection time are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
