A condo inspection primarily covers the readily accessible systems and components within the unit and any other areas specifically included and accessible at the time of inspection. Clients should separately review strata documents, depreciation reports, meeting minutes and planned expenditures.

Timing depends on the size, age and condition of the property. You are welcome to attend and ask questions during the inspection.

A clear digital inspection report is normally provided within 24 hours after the inspection.

The inspection may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled inspection time without charge. Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection time are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. See the cancellation policy for details.
