We understand that buying or selling a home involves a lot of moving parts. We try to be as flexible as possible, but we do ask for reasonable notice when changes are needed.
If you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled inspection, there is no cancellation fee. We'll reschedule you at no extra cost or issue a full refund if preferred.
Cancellations or reschedules made between 24 and 48 hours before the inspection will be charged 50% of the inspection fee. The remaining 50% can be applied toward rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to provide access at the time of the scheduled inspection, will be charged the full inspection fee. This covers our time, travel, and preparation costs.

If your real estate deal falls through after your inspection is booked, please contact us right away. Depending on timing, we may be able to reschedule or apply a credit toward a future inspection.
