By booking an inspection with Auditora Home Inspection ("Auditora"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Our inspections are visual, non-invasive examinations of the accessible areas of a residential property. We inspect readily accessible components of the following systems:
We do not perform destructive testing, move furniture or personal belongings, inspect concealed or inaccessible areas, or provide engineering analysis.
All inspections are conducted in accordance with the standards of practice set out by the Home Inspectors Association of British Columbia (HIABC).
Your written inspection report will be delivered electronically within 24 hours of the completed inspection. The report is based on observable conditions at the time of inspection and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of any component's future performance.
The total liability of Auditora Home Inspection for any claims arising out of or related to the inspection shall not exceed the fee paid for the inspection. We are not responsible for conditions that were not visible, accessible, or detectable using standard non-invasive methods at the time of inspection.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor (Square). By booking, you authorize the charged amount.

You are welcome and encouraged to attend your inspection. Being present allows you to ask questions and better understand the findings. Please be on time as the inspection will begin at the scheduled time.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
