Please ensure the property is accessible at the confirmed time and that utilities are operating where possible. Review Prepare for Your Inspection before your appointment.
Areas that are unsafe, locked, obstructed or otherwise inaccessible may not be inspected and will be identified in the inspection report. A return visit, if requested and available, may require an additional fee.
Some conditions, such as snow, ice or unsafe roof surfaces, may prevent parts of an inspection from being completed safely. In those cases the accessible areas are inspected and any limitations are noted in the report.
Payment is due at the time of the inspection. Available payment methods will be confirmed when your appointment is scheduled.
